Aside and Delicious,
side by side.
Delicious was a bookmark ancestor. It is closed. If you still have an export file, Aside can read it on iPhone. Aside is a local library on iPhone. Two tools, each for a different job.
Start on iPhone · No sign-in needed for the Local Library

The other tool
Delicious
Delicious was an early public bookmark service — a bookmark ancestor. People kept links there for years. It is closed. A leftover Netscape HTML, XML, or JSON export is the only import path. Delicious cannot produce a new export.
Aside
Aside
Aside is a local library on iPhone. No sign-in is needed for the Local Library. Save links, text, photos, files, contacts, notes, and calendar events through the iOS Share Sheet. Start a record from Home with Quick Capture. Add notes, put related items in collections, and set a reminder to look again. Aside can read an export file from Delicious if you still have one.

A few things to know
Before you begin.
I cannot find the export. Can I recover the library?
No. Delicious is closed, so Aside cannot fetch the library. If you still have an export file, come back and pick it. If you do not, those Delicious bookmarks cannot be recovered. You can still save from other apps through the iOS Share Sheet.
Does Aside connect to Delicious?
No. This is a file import. Aside does not connect to Delicious.
Can I use both?
Delicious is closed. Saving from other iPhone apps into a local library is Aside's work.
Does Aside publish a website or sync across devices?
No. Those are not current. Share in means saving into Aside from the iOS Share Sheet, not publishing to other people.
