Aside can read an export file from Raindrop.

Can I use both?
Yes. A bookmark manager with collections is Raindrop's work. Saving from other iPhone apps into a local library is Aside's work. Two tools, each for a different job.
Does Aside publish a website?
No. That is not current. Share in means saving into Aside from the iOS Share Sheet, not publishing to other people.
Can Aside read a Raindrop export?
Yes. Aside can read an export file. This page is not asking you to leave Raindrop.
Does Aside sync across devices?
No. Multi-device sync is not current. The Local Library on iPhone does not need a sign-in.
